Thinking about another trip to lynemouth beach with the boy tomorrow, looking at the weather its going to be a dying sea so it looks promising, has anybody fished there lately, does it fish well at this time of year.
hi think most places prob fish well tommorow if south wind which is forecast dos,nt become as strong as it says it will, lynburn beach is not fishing as well as it used to since stopping tipping but will still produce.
Me and beachlover went up there for a 4 hour stinit few weeks back. It fished very poor. Lots of other people on the beach as well and did not see one fish caught. Sea was flat.
I have heard lynemouth fishes canny after a good sea so i guess tonight or tommorow nite would look promising, never fished the place my self but its just what others have told me.
Not sure about a dying sea Scaley, the wind has picked up overnight from the South/South Easterly and its forecast to be very cold.Just thinking of your young'un Wind Map - Britain

Just got back from lynemouth, got there about ten and fished two hours up three hours down, cracking sea running but a pesky southerly gale which kept the casting down to the minimum, second cast good bite and slackliner resulted in Codling 2lb 4oz,next cast another good tug which i struck into but got snagged up after 10 yds and lost it.After that the wind picked up and the sea got bigger and fishing got even more difficult but we stuck it out unfortunateley that was it for us but we had a good day out.
