just back from another marathon haul to inverness and back in day

all done and dusted, spent the afternoon with pansy's very own Casey Jones, got to press buttons, sit in a big chair, make brum brun noises whilst turning the wheel and everything, he even showed use how the Jobbie Weecher works, but declined to take part in a demonstration

The Chief Engineer (otherwise and forthwith known as CJ above) has offerd to come along for the ride home - not sure the poot chap realises what he might of let himself in for

Chief Engineer to Popeye, Capt Pugwash, Noel Coward and all nautical stereotypes in between for 48 hours non-stop and without sleep (probably).... He may never be able to leave the engine room again, either that or he'll next be seen swimming his way to Norway,

12th april looking iffy on the long range forecast, next launch opprtunity 25th april...

mark, you`ve not even set out yet and youve got us in fits of laughter, I hope we can coincide your arrival with a time we can go and meet you for a ceremoniuos entry to the tyne .......... :)

600 mile round trip with a boil on me bum - I had to stand up with me head out the sunroof all the way back

I don't think we're lifting her out until the seasons finished now Bob - Have you seen the price of Aunty foul as well  My dad's sisters very seldom swim in the North Sea these days due to their extreme displacement and dodgy hulls so the chance of snagging one is remote. When it comes to it I'm considering just licking it all over below the waterline to save money, a couple of packets of mints should help generate enough saliva. :p

Got to say that in this "quiet boat season time" I look forward to reading these "Pansy" messages. Funniest thing on here in ages. You two are flippin' nuts....!!!!

flippin' nuts....!!!!

Yup they'll be flippin all right until we get out of the Moray Firth - Past Aberdeen - round that sticky out bit - down the ways (50 mile off ) - miss the big lighthouse thing and the oil rig festival - before facing the horror that will be berthing in Royal Quays for the first time. (I will be lurking on deck with a rope in my slender hand wearing an Arthur English light brown warehouse coat and plastic glasses with tash attached.
