yes the blank was purchased from frasers came from grays stock room its not a copy. it was then custom build by stan parkin. its a very nice rod,

its cost a lot more than that reg as decals had to be ordered to complete build rings and custom whipping as usual stan made and excellent job. in my opinion stan is the top rod builder in the north east and possible the uk .
