Dominant first half played with pace power and precision. If only they had stuck with doing what they were doing and it would have been a real hiding for Scotland. Didn't mean loose play turned the ball over to the Welsh Mark. Defensively Scotland aren't in too bad shape. Just think their attack could be more effective by being a bit more direct every now and again. One of my old coaches used the old 'you've got to earn the right to go wide' and Scotland...

I'm not convinced Alan. I think it's a mental thing. Townsend has them pre programmed to play fast and loose..... Doesn't work against the really top teams very often. Might win a few games but Scotland could really compete if they tightened up. Hamish Watson is a massive miss at the minute

I've said it before... They need to tighten up their game to really compete. No good playing loose rugby all the time.
