At the moment mate i would try anything, rag, lug, crab especially!!. try a cocktail of the 3, u never know wat may happen...

Last time I fished there was a "freezer session" and I had fish on runnydown tipped off with mussel. That said you won't go far wrong with plain old vanilla lugworm to be honest, it seems to be doing the job off the beaches now.

Vanilla lug? Do they come on lolly stiks or in a tub. Are there other flavours? Like banana (yellowtails)

always pays to have a bit of everything if you can (cash permitting)
fished last night and fish were only interested in frozen yellows it seemed (even the Bass) but also had rag and mussel and Gregg tried crab and razor but the yellows did the biz all night by comparison
what I'm saying is some nights the fish will go mental for crab and another night they'll not even sniff at it...so try and take a variety of baits if you can

what are yellows? people have diffrent names for everything
yellow tail lugworm, bigger and tougher than normal lug and are froozen alot better than common lugworm
