Aye it's hit and miss now mate, it's getting harder to be where the fish are, I spoke to a taxi driver that was saying he's down the dock nearly all the time picking fares up, and he said he would take me in there as long as they can't see the rod on show, put all your gear in a hold all and put an empty pizza box on your knee and he reckons he''ll get me in no problem mate, ha ha ha might be worth a shot just to see if it works, you'll be able to call a taxi to pick you up down there as well ;-) hey presto no walking ha ha ha.
