    All sorts, old cups that used to be fished for, junior trophies, most from way before my time even as a junior!

    Just a question come to mind dont know why but it did.why not seen the chronical festival rose bowl trophy at last few festivals know we give winner little cup but should be presenting with main trophy even if just for a photo call at presentation dont have to let winner keep it for year,other comps do that,South Shields other week and even at Euro Brid for fishing columes , papers n mags.Looks better than little cup.Gives more interest lm sure picture of winner with trophy n winners cheque.Much more professional know where am coming from even Charlton be happier take picture with trophy put it in papers than just write up.

    how did dave/chris and yourself get on last night? we had 1 undersize codling between the 3 of us.

    Just a thank you for the knife sharpening video most excellent. Can you recommend a filleting knife that in your opinion has all the right features. I'm sick of using poor quality knifes with stainless blades. Any suggestions gratefully received.

    You seen the post on NESA regarding somebody wanting to film night time fishing. You should suggest that he films the next few Whitley Bay Club comps....With the finale being the evening open.....might raise the profile of the club a little. I 'll be on film, but based on catch ratios I wont be on camera long.......ha ha
