15ft triolex---16ft triplex

apart from a foot in length would I notice much difference with a fixed spool down the butt and braid,was going to get the 16ft but a few have said its a bit iffy in the wind,will the 15ft feel a bit stiffer being a bit shorter.anyone tried both ?

16ft better imo better distances overhead thumping with braid.

sk4 continental 16ft rod also much better imo.

that's the one im looking at nicky.dont think the extra foot will make much difference to my casting and don't need a load of distance where I fish anyway

To be honest, the thought of using a 16ft rod scares me.

i have a 14ft 10in lg zzipie same butt size diameters as the m4 great fishing tip cast up to 6 ounces pendulum and goes for miles even further in a good casters hands.this is one a very very limited number i would describe rod as a clean beach rod this is actualy for sale if anyone interested for 250 and no less.
