1st time out for a couple of weeks

After the dreaded northerlies,north easterlies n a period of rough weather,deciced on a short session nr holmpton(east yorks)bait was crab n squid, just the one rod,rig's were long pulley's.Sea conds weren't ideal with crystal clear water n only about 20yrds of brown water.
1st chuck on the edge of the coloured water resulted in this welcome little fellah,which took a liking to a full dirty squid.

Gave it a few more hrs but nothing else developed,packed up on high water,just glad to of been out n not blanked:)

Well done mate... I can't stop catching codling at the moment... Had another two sized fish out this week. Bit weird for the summer! Lovely looking bass... Well done mate
