Evening all,

Just finished me first proper session of the season, work fishing club tornament and guess what I won:D managed to land 4 codling best being about 4 lbs did not weigh as it was the length that counted managed about 197 cm with approx 12 lbs of codling. got good picture but not sure how to compress as th pixels/ kb seem to much???

Anyway good night had and opened my account, lug runnydown muscle and razor did the trick a nice 6+ codling taken also.

Oh and lost one right on the shore line!!

Well chuffed

All,

Sorry failed to mention fished Lynemouth 2 up 2 down and following on from a previous thread used me new fixed spool and was great for casting and seemed to go guite a distance with min effort. Taking into consideration comments It is slightly harder to retreave and not as well balanced (but put me amongst the fishies). Oh and me new rod rest broke when I was setting up adjusted the telescopic legs and started to tighten one and guess what? I the whole plastic fitting snapped and was left in me hand (so was difficult to keep rod high as could only use on min settings).

Will put pic on tonight when get the chance

Cheers
