Does any one have accurate dimenions for one of these?

O/D x W/T (or I/D) x Lg?

They are only £4 to buy, but I have some top grade bearing material put to one side at work to knock a few up.

I only want 2 so any extras I get off the raw material you can have

What problem have yer got with yer pinion cog mate? Only asking because i use a 7ht

Gears take a few turns to engage m8, plus I read they are a good preventative measure even if havn't got a prob making the reel more robust.

That's bad crack m8 especially if you've got a slack liner or there's a lobby boat coming in

well worth doing,Diawa should have sorted this on the new reels but didn't,takes the thinking angler using the reel to improve a very good reel and make it better.
Blakdog has the mod and cheap fix.

That's bad crack m8 especially if you've got a slack liner or there's a lobby boat coming in

If anyone has a spare lying around as a sample i can use it to take measurements myself and return it with a few extra spares out of better grade material

Yes mate. Blakdog has them, at a vg price too and well worth the dollar and Im sure theirs will last the lifetime of your reel.

Just I have some spare material I know will surpass the grades of anything being sold for profit so would like to make some for the sake of it.
