A decent fish for me. No really!

Fished the tide down on the pier today in some rotten conditions, we spent half the time huddled around the lighthouse like penguins. There were lots of whiting and a few codling caught but just the usual dab for me Then not long before low water I hooked into something decent, Davey handballed it up for me, a codling around the 4-5lb mark. Very happy with that after some miserable sessions lately.

The reason I was laughing was the lads standing to the side of me were taking the pee out of me getting my photo taken with a fish as I usually only get dabs!
I had a nice stern face ready before that.
