a few hours al silksworth

we had a few hours this afternoon at silksworth lake and pulled a 8lb 4os common out which beat my 3 inch roach slightly

Canny common carp that well done to her and an added bonus of out fishing her dad . Are you able to fish silksworth on a day ticket mate, as its pointless me becoming a member of the club because its a fair journey from where i live and wouldn't be worth the membership fees for only fishing it a couple of times in a year.

it only costs about 3 quid for a day ticket but been honest the bailiff hardly comes for money i paid to be a member only so i can fish top lake after 1st year

Cracking fish, I've had a few off that area myself.


I thought it was £3.50 and when I fished last year there was always a baliff. There must be atleast 6 baliffs possibly more

it might be £3.50 i used to pay different amounts depended who came if any one actually came i only paid 4 times last year and i fished weekly since ive joined this year ive seen bailiff once
