A tough windy day

Well after a couple of disapointing days midweek and only catching a 1.5lb od and a few whiti and dabs , i still decided to go to pier today.as i got to pier this mornng bout 9 i nearly turned back as the wind seemed to be geting stronger since leaving house, buit as there seemed a few lads on blocks and on end, and thought if they can put up with the wind and cold so can i,, so off to the end i went, as i got there all knew most of the faces and thought companys good anyway , wel the fishing was slow with only catching a few whitis and dabs like most till bout 4 and thought sod this ,have had enough and decided to go home and managed to pull a 3lb 5oz cod in so went home fairly happy an hope it a better for the mora including the weather

cheers mate, any one who fishes in wind and cold like today deserves to take summit decent home, but unfortunately it does not work like that , i just got lucky aint that right stan
