Been looking at the above rod anybody got one or heard any reports on them?

Very nice powerfull rod with good bite detection, very nice fishing rod, however compared to the zziplex or century equivalent there very heavy.

Cheers mate im looking for something with a bit of power but a good tip for bite detection sick of using rough ground "numb" rods that dont show bites and having fish on where the tip hasnt moved

Try a wr300 endless power with the best bite detection I have seen on a rough ground rod.

Never had a go of one but prefer a rod around 14ft rather than 13

Torny match is a good rod not very good in the rough, Leeda icon is underrated rod as is the p3 but like most the suffer lack of bite detection, other options are the zziplex glass tipped rods the bullet gt but 13ft the txl gt around 14.2ft

Wot about the afaw tourney rock,powerfull n very nice bite detection,

I don't care what anyone says about them, but I can honestly say I see the tinniest of bites on my axellerator, from little dabs on the pier to tiny whities on the beach, and it's ok in the rough as well!

I've got one personally I think it's a lot better than the tournament rock ( had one ) better bite detection and nicer to cast , heavy ? I don't think it's to bad . Great on the rocks not so good off the cliffs I prefer the eliminator . Try before you buy if you can it's not for every one mate

Thanks for the replies lads just with it being a newish rod its hard to try before you buy cos dont know anybody with one but i used to have the first rock rod and its best rod ive had for bite detection so now after ttr s excaliburs and txl s finding myself going back to the afaws for general fishing. Got rods for the proper rough stuff .
