Morning lads, read on another site yesterday someone said don't refreeze any bait that's been de-frosted, any opinions?

yer missing a treat reg, works better than freshly frozen. lol

I always take my crab in a flask, but even if it goes a bit manky over time its still fine to bulk up big cod baits in my view. For what its worth for me razor and black lug are both better after a few turns in and out of the freezer.

No need to worry about it. If it turns smelly it's better for coloured water anyway. Just the freezer suffers.

I have used crab which had defrosted and then refroze and still had fish. In my eyes it goes back in the freezer and will use it next time but I keep it frozen so I know which is which. I wouldn't be throwing bait away and wasting it. Used blacks which have defrosted and then refrozen too and also had fish on them.
