Toon get beat 3-0.....but still in touching distance of a suprise Euro spot .i was thinking the thread was the other way around as the Sunderland fans at work not spoke about the match last Sunday one little bit after a full week of none stop chatter from them.

Was a poor Arsenal side at the start of the season but now they have improved, same as Sunderland poor at the start now they have improved and Newcastle good at the start and now have slumped...no 2 games the same.

At work not on here...as i say to anyone that trys and starts a Newcastle v Sunderland convo....we both middle of the table teams that at best hope for a 6-7th league finish or a good cup run.

3-0 tonight, i will be watching it on Sky sports, going to the Norwich game Sunday and hoping for a 2-0 win but the defence will need to deal with them headers as Norwich very good at headered goals and Newcastle very poor at dealing with it.

think you will find most said they were poor in the cup game just like Liverpool were poor at the weekend doesn't mean there poor week in week out.I dont think Newcastle will get anything tonight but if we play like we can then maybe a draw.

Dn t think arsenal had a poor side out but newcastle just played crap when they had the ball they didn t kno wat to do with it clearing it from the box for newcastle seemed impossible for them but shame on krul had a gd game great save near the end. Was dutch madness between krul nd van persie at times

could`nt get interested in it, but 1 thing a will say, in the past we would have caved in to the pressure and conceded 3,4 or even 5 of there chances. a don`t pretend where ganna win this/that or anything, but we are where we are in the table on results

Just normal really Arsenal at home, not a bad result really thou wish we had got at least the point...still they not lost at home yet so not the only team that has gone there and not got a win.
