With a couple of nice days forecast I decided to set about the boat, went up this morning, masked her up, keyed below the water line and managed to apply two coats of undercut.
I'm going to do two coats of antifoul tomorrow and that's that job done.

In addition to that I have a volt gauge to wire in and a new bulb for the fuel line to stick in, some finishing touches to the engine, grease, remove the old 2 stroke and refill with new oil and I'm ready to rock and roll.

Got the call yesterday from the marina to say they are ready for me.

This milder weather doesn't have get the juices flowing for the summer.

Well boat is 95% done just doing some final jobs. I will be in next weekend at the latest.
I had the engine fired up snd she is running champion.
Jobs still to do include.

Battery box installation
Isolator switch
Bilge pump switch

Spent a small fortune making sure everythings in order ready for launch.

Just had my reel serviced and im just topping up my tackle box.

At the moment we have the weather for sorting the boat, i fired mine up yesterday for the first time in 5 months 2 days just the electronics to put on and fuel filters to change then weather watching

I hope we get the same end to the month like we did last year.

Well this cold snap has put things back a couple of weeks.

I fired mine away and only have the fuel filters to change and then we are ready for the first trip of the year April the 4th with everythign else being tested already...had a leak from the raw water pump when i fired the boat up, new pump £384, new water seal from RS £1.97 sorted it a treat.

All ready for a bumper year of fishing..watch this space
