sun was up,wind was down,less drift than sat and a flat sea
a return to the marks that produced well on sat saw a drop in quantity but a improvement in sizeand that was the way it was going to be for the rest of the day:exclam:
slow drift meant a visit to a nearby wreck,on which we were about to give up on after 3 drifts and nowt
slowly it came alive producing cod ling coalie and mackarel
,best fish a 6lb 7oz codling which eventually won CAROL from durham the sweep money:exclam:
as time went by the catch rate dropped right downso back to the ground marks it was,turn of tide didnt change things much but fish were being taken right up to last order
all in all a canny weekend,to cheer me up before my return to work in the morning after 5months sickness
