very short report im afraid:(
water clarity excellent:D
sea state hard work standing up:(
location of massacre, south of coconut island:)
best baits rag,squid and prawn:)
lures did nowt:(
the catch,smaller fish again 2 to 3 lb fish,best 5lb 15oz to charlie appleby from consett:)
the count over 200 fish kept:)probably another 100 returned to fight another day:)
the punters, happy happy.the skipper happy happy.the crewman happy happy

are we doing it again tomorrow:question:NO:D:D:D

No the wonder there is no fish at Sunderland they can't get that far south before someone catches the buggers. :o

I was supposed to be going out of Hartlepool today as well. first time out on a boat. Felt like ive just got up Christmas morning and Santa hasnt been..:mad:

Booked in for next Saturday though.

Thought about going to the Heugh macky bashing but cant be arsed fighting through the idiots :mad::mad: day of decorating instead
 
Best off staying on land today, i rather be bored in the house than be chucked all over all day any day of the week...Next weekend along way off but this strong wind cant last a second month can it??

which boat were you supposed to be out on? i was supposed to be out on the famous,looking at the wind out there its just aswell! i think if it was going to be your first trip out on a boat the wind would have spoilt it for you and maybe even put you off! going to have my breakfast then a bit of a clart on with my boat,prob have it back in the water in 3 or 4 weeks as im loosing next wkend as im down in blackpool for a stagdoo so thatll be canny but the thought of money that could have been spent on bits for the boat sickens you a bit lol;):D
 
I was meant to out on the Evelyn Jane. Missus booked it as a surprise for my Birthday..

Only started sea fishing last October. Spent a fortune on gear, most of it starter stuff so just starting to get better gear.

Ill get some browny points decorating today and then go and buy some more kit:D:D

where do you keep your boat?? reading the boat reports from the Guys it seems like hard work keeping them clean etc:question:

Stagdoo in Blackpool, worth a weeks delay on the boat...lol...
 
i just keep it on a trailer on the drive at the minute but seriously thinking about paying for moorings as itll get used more if its kept in the water so probably going to put it into royal quays or st peters next year i think! thats the worst bit about starting out sea fishing buying all the gear but you only get what you pay for and if you look after it it looks after you:) looking forward to next weekend like blackpool wont know whats hit them lol:D:D
 
Ne bother duncan is tha still spaces for the comp in july coz pasty mentioned it awhile back but havnt rang norma to book it yet ?
