Amble Pier

was going to fish craster but decided to fish amble pier from 1:00pm until half 6.on my 1st cast i landed a nice 2lb plaice.But we only caughta tiny eel in the bay and a small whiting.Was talking to a few lads that said there were just catching flatties all day and a few small whiting

Was that you with your son I was talking to ? (when you hooked the eel pout)

I was there till 9.30pm and got nowt but undersize coalies and flatties.
