Amble Roads & Quay

Amble Roads & Quay,

Now I know it's not fishing related apart from it being the quay but I know there is a few lads who fish or live up that way.

Can any one tell me what the roads up at Amble as well as the quay is like for snow and ice, I'm supposed to up there at the market tomorrow but if it is anything like whats down here in Newcastle i may just have to abandon the idea and have a little drinkypoo.

Does the quay have a covering or is it ok with being near the sea.

I drove from Newcastle up to Amble today mate and the roads were fine, most of the sonw has gone, off the roads anyway, there was a bit more ice down towards the harbour but I didn't go onto the harbour so couldn't say what it was like on the quayside.
