An icy cold few hours down Seaham

Fished the flood down seaham this morning and managed this 1 out 1st cast 2lb7 on worm, thought i was gonna be in for a cracker but only managed another small codling but the lad next to me who's also on here had a few cod out well done Jonesy nice to meet you mate

Well done lads, I was on seaham pier last night and had 1 whitey. I spoke to a lad when I was on 95 mark around 10.30 pm, he said he was going to be fishing all night. Was this you Jonny?

Out for the 1st time this year last night on the Hall Beach, fished the last hour of the flood then until 9pm. 1 tommy on my last cast saved me from blanking, three lads to the right of me seemed to be pulling a few small fish in but left earlier than me.

Well done on the cod Jonny, Anyone who fished last night deserved a fish or two for their efforts: my bottle of pop was frozen solid, half the bait frozen and was a nightmare on the hands.lol
Was good to meet you as well Jonny, I thought after that first cast fish you were going to get a load out as well.

aye it was baltic like u must be keen to stop out that long in them conditions lol, thought the same aswell m8 they must have moved around to where you were was hoping my dad might have had a few out as its the 1st time he's been on there but never mind.
