I read about the above today on the BBC and watched the incident for the first time. I suppose you could maybe argue that it might, just might be a red card.

What amazes me is that Flores got off completely free!? He was brushed on the top of the head, yet grabbed his face and rolled around the ground blatantly cheating! Why have the FA not charged him with bringing the game into disrepute? Surely they want to stamp out this dreadful play acting? Makes the game look foolish in the extreme.
 
Flores should be ashamed of himself for the way he went on. You'd have thought Carroll nutted him the way he rolled about.

The FA need to bring something in where they can punish these cheaters to stop the game being spoilt.
 
That's what I don't understand mate. They have a charge of "bringing the game into disrepute" and if ever there was a stonewall case, it was Flores. I can't understand why the FA haven't acted??
 
Remy was the same, went head to head with a player and the other player hit the deck like he had been fishing Roker pier in the mackerel season with snap off's
 
they make me sick, multi millionare's who can't take body contact.
there's no consistency between referee's, 4th official's and the f a.
as for the andy carroll red card, was it assault, or was his flaying arm just following his body momentum.
as for the player's rolling around like shot soldier's, they should be banned and fined.
but am not in charge...........!

Not the first time that **** has done it either.

Makes me not want to watch footy when stuff like that happens and the lad getting his red rescinded and remy not...no words :mad:

my old game's teacher was a monster of a bloke, he'll be p88888g himself at these pop star footballer's.
by the way, me game's teacher was a gentleman named mr roger Utley.
used to be some1 apparently.
al tel you this, if you had the rugby ball you didn't wan't 2 be facing him. honest.......!
 
and ya ya toure gets off for a blatant kick at an opponent because the 3 man referee panel couldn't agree, it stinks.
 
If you look at his arm as it brushed the top of the head it is loose, not tensed as is his hand. If he was truly trying to hurt someone his arm would be more rigid and he would have made a fist.

Not a big Andy carrol fan but just looks clumsy to me. Other guy should be ashamed of himself.
