aye they look like lug marks but could be razor more than likley they are lug hope this helps mate
 
Could be sand worm. Try digging down a little to see if there's a gritty kind of casing with a very floppy worm inside. They usually stick out of the sand a touch but sometimes are just under the surface. Hard to see properly with the pic
 
Just looks like an ordinary lugworm burrow to me - the circular depression is the head end and the cast below & to the right is the tail end. Razors tend to make an elongated, keyhole type hole.

Could also be a Mars Orbiter photo of the Great Assole on Mars, other side of the planet to the Great Face on Mars....???:D
