It changes every 6hr update but at the moment i agree with Keith, SE winds are my most hated winds, i wont even go to sea in anything more than a 12-15mph SE...its showing gusts upto near 30mph.

Not many mackerela round still, we only landed about 20 all day today but prob had about 90 of the fish on 7oz pirks today due to conditions so if you do get out take some pirks or shads if drift fast.

Good luck anyway and as you say any full days called off, a sneaky evening trip if the weather breaks is always a canny option.

If Saturday is a no go you'll end up with a 4am river cruise to see the sights of the Tyne
Wallsend slipways, the Nissan export area, the high pylons, St. Peter's Maria, the city the bridges etcetera all before shop opening times, and of course slinky is stocked full of breakfasts
