As above 13 foot with a 4inch reducer in abu grip lock reel seat ultra slim light rod but way too stiff for me rated 6 to 8Oz with big baits, quite a few scratches and spigot wear but still makes an excellent rock rod wanting to swap for another rod

Hi am I reading this right is the rod 12ft6in but with a 4inch reducer making it 13ft or is it 13ft on its own without reducer also how worn is the spigot is the two sections butting up together or is there a gap.
