Just wondered if theres anyone around tonite, catch reports have died off a bit lately so was in two minds weather to have a few hours out or not? Whats everyone else upto???

just fished the walkway me n 3 pals not even a sniff. waste of time

Fished it myself this morning aswell 8am - 12.30 and only the 1 whiting between me and the son to show for it, albeit a good 1lb 9oz fish and that was the only bite in that time.

First 4 and half hours of the flood we were there besty, baits used were rag, squid, mussel and mackerel. The fish I caught took rag and mussel cocktail, tbh I didn't see much else coming out while there. Once the ice melted it was like we were standing in a pond bloody soaked and came home for the match.

I. It hold a few puddles along the walkway. Av had a few wet toes during darkness when casting or even worse when pulling a fish in. All concentration goes on fish! Nowt worse than wet feet!! Ha...
Gonna give there or pier a blast tomorrow morning.
