16 members fished in flat calm conditions and 7 managed to find the whitting on Blyth beach.

1st Ken West 3 whitting 2 lb 8 ozs Blyth Pier
2nd Paul Foster 4 whitting 2 lb 7 ozs Blyth Beach
3rd Richy Muir 5 whitting 2 lb 3 ozs Blyth Beach

H/F Ken West whitting 1 lb 1 ozs

I think Foster and co were in the Tyne Marty.

Ended up on the Blyth beach after seeing you at the quay. I was trying to hit Kenny west with my bait on the end of the pier!

Even the whitings seem hard to come by at the moment....well done to those that managed to get a few!
