BA on Tyne. Face like a King Edwards potato

Took my son (6) and fished BA car park from 2h before HW to 2h after.
A flounder each, both on rag and mackerel. No bites at all as soon as we passed high water. It was pretty windy and it was almost impossible to tell a bite from the breeze.

The most impressive thing about the day is my sunburned face. It'll be sore tomorrow! All good though - sunburn means you've been having fun in my book!

As for the sun you are not the only one, after fishing Shields today I've got a Plaice in the fridge and a Lobster sitting here at the computer :red:

i fished the tyne at st peters had two tiny flatties for 3 hours fishing, lovely day tho
