I defrosted 2 cod fillets and decided to grill them with melted butter, black pepper and a sprinkle of soy sauce (one of Rick Steins) served on spring onion mash tatty wiht fried leak and courgettes but i picked up a bottle of baby bio plant food and hoid that on instead of the soy sauce but lucky i realized the error of my way. fillets are in the bin and i decided to have gin & tonic 4 dinna instead

true storey and always read the label and dont put baby bio on ya fish
