beach pays off at last

fished whitley beach in the wind on monday and blanked.went back tuesday and blanked again there was fish caught either side of me.not watin to be beat went back last night at 6pm,four hours before low water,a mate recomended a spot to fish at that state of tide and it payed off,first 4 chucks gave me 4 fish,only about the 1.5lb size so only kept one,next 2 hours gave me another 4 fish including my best 2,used fresh and frozen blacks plus frozen crab

Well done mate - I was one of those who had nowt down there on tuesday , it was very patchy. There were some good fish to be had there last night, best I know of was just over 6lb.

fished blyth last nite andhad very little until tide started to flood straight into cod with whiting and coalies being caught around me.
Crackin nite considering size of tide earlier on in day.
