had me first proper sesh of the season sat night, off i went filled with anticipation/expectation, had some nice bait and was greeted with a lovely big sea. had an hour or so off the point but giv it up as a bad job as sea was really quite large crashin in from the south and i was gettin pulled all over the place. headed to the leaward side and fished off one of the long skeers and waited for the tide to fill up me gulley. any way, had a couple of good pulls, only to get snagged up and lose gear (and fish?) before eventually landing a decent coaly of around a pound
. that was me whack
packed in and headed off back to the van at 11ish, a couple of cold ones put a smile back on me chops
. was one other angler out on another skeer but dunno how he faired.
Not a great night but not a bad night either, roll on next sat, tha's one out there with me name on it......................hopefully:exclam:
