the usual crew fished a new mark yesterday didnt know the area at all or marks or info so we opted for the closest from where we parked we took reddies and coalies not making size but fish anyway on the bottom baits , not heard much about the float techniques up this way so i set one up trying down the side adjusting the drop till close to the bottom kelp beds ,first dip produces a good wrasse with a small peeler unshelled hanging on the hook ,ended up with 5 wrasse total few more reddies and coalies stu also took a few wrasse too and reddies one normal cod just under size ,was pushed off the mark when the tide flooded another new mark conquered but half the distance we usually do up scotland for some wrasse sport
