Tail end of summer fishing mate. There will still be a few fish around, latest I have caught a kelpy is November so there will be a few red cod knocking around, maybe some pollock or decent coalie but late in season so will depend on weather if worth targeting (warm and calm is best or so i understand. I am going to start lure fishing myself this summer)
Have a look at any of phill-itofish posts to find an excellent map in his footer/ signature of marks, get your rods and have a walk North of the Tweed. Fresh Peeler will be your best bet for bait.
