best place to get quality runny down?

wheres the best place to get my hands on some top quality runny down? and how much is it for what u get?

ive never used it befor so im also wondering if its the same thing as blacks and any tips on how to use em would be great.

my idea is if there guted id whip em into balls n fish with frozen crab or musscle.

Any tackle shop will do them mate lash a couple up the trace and cocktail with a large strip of squid with elastic. Had my personal best fish on blacks crab and mussel.
