What is the best way to keep black lug, the type that is wrapped individually and when unwrapped you through them against a hard surface before threading on to the hook?

Eh - if they are wrapped already ,they must be frozen ???

maybe i am Vodka`d - but i am sure fresh lug isnt wrapped individually

i think he meens live blacks
if there alive nip there head off squesse there guts out then roll in sand/salt or saw dust roll in newspaper traping a worm each turn and freeze
will last ages like this defrost use re freeze whats left

they are alive and they come wrapped, the question is how do I keep them alive and for how long.
cheers

i get them from a lad in blackpool and he tells me the best way to keep them, is to keep the paper they are wrapped in moist and put them in the fridge but dont let the paper dry out and the will keep for about 10 days after that just freeze them:) hope this help but no doubt other people have other ways of doing it:)
