Blyth beach last night

Fished Blyth beach last night.
Managed 5 flounders, 4 undersize and one nice plump one of 1lb 6oz.

The fish all took ragworm & squid baits.

Couple of lads had undersize bass last night, I never touched a round fish at all.

Out tomorrow night for a L/W sesh and not had time for a scout around

Fished the middle toilets.

Was no good last night once it got an hour to low water, nothing but masses of weed.
That's when I decided it was time for home.

least you go into some fish,was same on saturday evening,small flatties and justchips got a bass

An hour after low @ stubblies last sunday, aprox 4pm, got 2 undersize bass, daylight!

Went back to the same place as last night and had nothing on the last 2hrs of the flood using the same pulley rig.
Decided to have a change & put a 3 hook clip down rig on to use the bait a bit quicker.
10 minutes into the ebb & my rod tip went balistic, nearly pulled the rod off the stand
First fish of the night, a nice bass of around 2lb (safely returned), don't like keeping them.

Re-baited with the last of my worms for one more cast after getting the bass.
The bait was only in the water a few minutes when I got another bite, this time it was an undersize flounder about 9" long.

Nice one ,my trip out is off due to a meeting but glad someone is catching
