blyth beach

went to blyth beach last night there for last hour of the flood canny sea running but couldnt hold bottom for very long , decided to go down north shields fish quay got some good bites but couldnt hook them then after losing my 15th gripper dropped down the side and got coley after coley lost count all but 2 went back (deep hooked and bleeding heavily) stayed till 3:30am good fun if nowt else

squid and rag either worked and the fish varied in size some good ones and tiny ones,
