There are a couple of shots that can generally be fished any high tide; at the very south end near the harbour at Seaton Sluice where there's usually a good slope on the beach. Also at the north end of the beach, between the "hole in the wall" at the car park (where you go down onto the beach); generally anywhere to the right of the pipe down to the bandstand (the next car park down) can be fished over high. Which end you choose to fish depends really on the sea conditions.
There can be better shots along the beach when the sea scours out some nice holes & gullies between the sandbars, but these come and go - you'll need to see the beach over low water to spot them. The way the beach was taking a pounding last night I wouldn't be surprised if there's a few new holes been scoured out somewhere and I think the sea's due to stay away for a few days so there should be a few fish kicking around if you can find them.
