posted on 15/12/2003 at 23:13Fished Blyth Harbour from 5 50pm to 9.30,, 3of us.. First cast Col landed a nice 2-1/2 lb Cod
me thinks in for a good sesh here!! It went very quiet for exactly 1 hour then Peter lands a canny 2lber..first cod caught on lug 2nd went to rag Me im just catching cold
after 1/2an hour of stomping around and swearing a lot I get a little twitch so I scratched it a few times and it went away,then the rod started
Out pops the skinniest whiting I have ever seen, it was a canny lenghth but the rag worm I caught it on looked healthier, and that had been in the river for 20 minuets so he went back with a good mouthfull of rag to help him on his way..After hi tide it basicaly died a few small 8/10 oz cod nowt worth shouting about
