Fished the pier again today 2 hours up 2 hours down just before the end. 2 rods, one with a 2 hook flapper chucked out towards Seaton Sluice and another using booms dropped over the edge towards the harbour both armed with rag and mackeral. Constant action from the off as soon as the baits hit the water both rods were knocking. All in all I had Dabs, a flounder, codling, grannys, coalies and a nice suprise of a lobster! All fish undersized apart from a few Coalies that were around the pound mark. All fish were returned including the Lobster.

I think Ive managed to upload a pic of the lobster.

Yeah i'll be back down there on Friday. I can see the end of the pier out my bedroom window so normally have a look with a set of binoculars to see if its busy or not haha

It wasnt bad yesterday, more older blokes than idiots but you still get them at this venue its a shame. To be honest I stay clear of it on the weekends if I can and fish it through the week
