Blyth pier 7am til 1

Fished the pier today, hot there at 7am, beautiful warm morning, sea was flat calm, started well with a few mackerel then died off with feathers but fellas that were using floats with a 4 foot trace and macky strips were pulling them in all day, yeah what didn't I have yes a float  lesson learned, left at 1 with a total catch of 5 mackerel, 2 flounders (returned) and an eel, nice day for my first session this season hopefully my next one will return some nice big cod 
