Blyth pier early morning fri

Ventured out this morning at 7am finally getting my old man to wet a line after him complaining its too cold/wet/windy, think me telling him that there's some fish around did the trick. On the pier by 7.30am fished on the bend with fish straight away and bites every cast but stripping the bait. packed up at 11.30am with the old man having two about a pound and three under returned and me two around pound within first 30mins then missing the rest. My old man was in his element saying that's 5-2 son, I let him enjoy the glory. didn't bother taking pics this time.

well done on getting a few out I tried to get my old man to go out today he said he had too much to do around the house after I got the bait I went back to see if he had changed his mind and he was asleep on the settee

Haha, it wasn't too bad with wind on back, been trying to come on beach on a night but no luck but maybe he will now
