Just spent 2 hours at the pier and it was very poor. 1 sandeel was all i could manage, mind it was bigger than some of the codling i have had from there!!!
Sea seemed good but there was just nowt happening. Only saw a few pulled in and that was from the very end.

Thinking of going down first light tomorrow to try some float fishing and maybe lob a small bait in too - low tide is at about 1000 tomorrow so should get a good couple of hours in before the kn*ckers turn up

* At least i was until I left work and the engine on my car started playing funny b*ggers - looks like a spark/fuel thing going on...It's like I'm driving a very slow diesel tractor!!!
