Just came back from fishing Blyth Pier. Caught a 1lb Codling, not much I know but my first this year so I'm very happy.

Roll on tomorrow.

There was a lad on the end had 3, looked like Codling but I was a distance away and my eyes aren't what they used to be.

Well done my first codling of the season was only about 7". Had another 3 since then. Best 4lb - looks good for the season from where i,m standing.
