got to the pier around half 8 last night reports were not good off the lads coming off the pier. plenty of room so headed straight to the end set up with crab as bait first cast not in the water 5 mins result small coalie then my cousin and his mate turned up with loads of fresh lugg and mussel and he was straight in to a fish a small coalie,think he ended up with 4 fish in 4 casts the next fish being small codlin followed by a2nd and a 3rd codlin, took me untill half 12 b4 i had a 2nd fish a small codlin end result was 7 small codlin 2 small coalie and a small lobster.
fingers crossed things are looking good for the winter

seems to be a lot of small stuff around at the moment, Im hoping to get out tomorrow or saturday hope theres something decent to catch !
