Why don't you sell them in batches of, say 6, might have more chance of people buying them! Looks like lads don't want to shell out £45-£50 in one go for leads, I know I wouldn't. I have just spent around that in leads, shads, hooks and swivels for our next 3 boats trips when we come to the NE at the end of month. Just a thought, but I think you would have more chance of shifting them that way mate.

I rang JJ Stanley (scrap metal dealer) yesterday and lead is selling for £1.50 per kilo, that's approx. 50p for 12 ozs, add in gas and loops these sinkers are just about cost price.
