chris, a certain lady who i married a millenium ago has decided that there will NOT be any purchases made in the boat department this weekend....

just put a very reasonable deal to the lady indoors......

new rodman ( 810 ) or eqivalent, approx £85k

twin 240 diesels, lowrance hds10 f/finder and hds10 gps + side scan sonar

all the electrical toys available on this model

and there will be a £30 river island voucher waiting for her when she comes in from work......

needless to say..............offer refused

We are off down Thursday as I have got the small matter of getting fifteen and half stone-ish around 13.1 miles of the Great North Run on Sunday.
The first year I have been so I am really looking forward to it, red eye flight back on saturday morning though more than likely the worse for wear after a few beers in Southampton!

I've heard the sea is going to be pancake flat on Thursday , Friday and Saturday with cod galore in the Amble area , might have a look out
