boats 4 mile off

well just been told a couple of lads went out in the boat 4 miles off shields last week not a sausage whats going on were have the cod gone l hope there just further off

Saw the inshore boats coming back into Sunderland to night,they seemed to be gutting some good size cod.Rumor is that there is a great mass of sprats/sandeels about 6 miles out;but that is only a rumor.

My last codling coughed a sandell up and its belly was full ov them.

Where have all the fish gone?

Well it would appear they are all around the Humber area - please log on to Holderness sea angling, then onto Holderness coast fishing forum , then onto sea fishing reports for Holderness/Humber/Lincolnshire. I have a good friend who lives there and he is having the best season for years [he is currently on page 3 titled "big fish man" showing the 16 pounder he caught two weeks ago]. Planning a session down there next week work permitting.
